Sinfonicron Light Opera Company is a completely-student-run organization at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Sinfonicron rehearses 9-to-5 during Winter Break so that the show can open during the first weekend of classes; Cinderella was build and rehearsed in 3 weeks (one of which was Tech Week).
Sinfonicron is W&M's oldest student theatre group, dating back to the 1960s; next year will be Sinfonicron's 60th production.
The 7 Executive Board positions (Director, Producer, Vocal Director, Orchestral Director, Stage Manager, Production Manager, and Marketing/Outreach Director) are elected positions by the company and are all involved in organizing the production process.
Cinderella was Sinfonicron's highest revenue show in company history (nearly 60 years), bringing in over $16,000 in ticket sales alone. The previous record was roughly $12,000. Cinderella is Sinfonicron's only non-public-domain show to turn a profit.
Sinfonicron Light Opera Company was invited to perform at a Charter Day Dinner for William & Mary's top donors. The event was themed around W&M's Year of the Arts, and Sinfonicron was one of two student organizations invited to perform at this black-tie event.
Emailed every day to all 85+ company members, this schedule breaks down all rehearsal times, sorted by rehearsal department.
When actors and musicians are not in rehearsal, they are helping a crew (i.e. Temp Crew time).
Once rehearsals start, Sinfonicron works in a very condensed schedule. We rehearse and build the entire production in only 3 weeks. This calendar outlines everything that happens during "Camp."
An informative document detailing the logistical and preparation information for cast auditions. 34 people auditioned for this produciton, and we offered roles to 25 of them.
Production Meetings happened every day, and these notes were emailed out to the production crew with the day's rehearsal report

The entrance and exit plot for all 23 cast members. This document was used within the production team for various reasons, for example, by the costuming team to make costume plots for each individual actor.
Sinfonicron rehearses over Winter Break (which we call "Camp"), however we have weekly production meetings during the Fall Semester. This calendar outlines everything that happened before "Camp."
